After managing customer relations for a De Pere business, son Ted, a 2005 St. Norbert business graduate, became property manager and President for Zieman Commercial Properties. He started the De Pere division and has purchased properties not only in the Greater Green Bay Area, but also in Greenville and Sturgeon Bay. 

Richard and Ted (being the two main managing partners) have always had the philosophy that fulfilling a tenant’s needs is the most important part of their business. Both have a hands-on property management style. They like to have extensive communication with tenants in dealing with issues that may arise. Both take pride in the maintenance of the properties, keeping them in excellent condition at an affordable price for the tenant.
